New class, same coach
At HRF HQ we always pride ourselves on delivering exactly what our clients want and need... Therefore bring on our new class designed to help you stretch and mobilise.
Now I could sit here and tell you that I am always stretching and mobilising, along with my recovery routine being perfect but that would just be an absolute lie. I dont stretch nearly enough and I certainly dont cool down post exercise as much as I should. It's always 'hit the showers and get ready for the rest of the day'.
Thats why I am really excied to announce the arrival of our new stretching and mobility based class at HRF, because from a selfish point of view, I get to do it too.
Our new class will be a structured routine of upper and lower body stretches and mobility based drills... perfect as a stand alone session, a warm up before you train or as a cooldown afterwards. We will be leaving no stone unturned and everything will be covered.
Another big bonus of having a designated stretch and mobility class is accountability. I don't know about you but thats great for me. If I dont have something booked in the diary every week, it's very easy for it to fall by the wayside. Something comes up, life gets in the way or I simply just forget to do it.
Anyway, I'm going to stop plugging my new class and let you come down and experience it for yourself. It is included in our HRF goldmembership or you can PAYG on the night
