  • What exactly do I get with online coaching?
    You’ll get a personalised workout plan, flexible nutrition coaching, weekly 1:1 check-ins, progress tracking, and unlimited support between sessions. Everything is tailored around your goals, lifestyle, and experience level so you’re never following a generic plan.
  • Do I need a gym membership or special equipment?
    No! Your plan can be designed for the gym, home, or even a mix of both. Whether you have a full gym setup or just a few dumbbells at home, I’ll create a plan that works with what you have.
  • I’m really busy, will I be able to fit this into my schedule?
    Absolutely. Your program will be designed to fit your life, not the other way around. Even if you can only train 2–3 times per week, we’ll build a plan that’s realistic and sustainable for you.
  • What does it cost?
    It depends on what’s best for you. When you apply, we’ll look at your goals, needs, and level of support required. If 1:1 coaching is the best fit (weekly check-ins, full personalisation, daily support), it’s £600 for 12 weeks, but if a more flexible, semi-tailored option suits you better, you’ll have access to my 12-week online plan for £150. We’ll make sure you’re set up with the right path for your goals, lifestyle, and budget.
  • What happens after I apply?
    Once you submit your application, I’ll personally review it and get back to you within 24 hours. If you’re a good fit for coaching, we’ll set up a quick call or email chat to answer any last questions and get you started. If I think another option suits you better, I’ll guide you there too, either way, you’ll leave with a clear next step.
