Weight Training

Whether you're picking up weights as a beginner or looking for that extra push, the unique programs I can develop will help build muscle, boost metabolism and improve your day to day life. A combination of strategic exercises combined with a healthy diet will have you in tip-top shape.

Group Training

Training on your own can feel arduous. Why not take the sting out of it and work out in a group or class setting? 
I offer private group sessions for up to 6 people. With our brand new group training studio, you'll have your own space to train with your mates!

Sports Performance

Training for a sport or sporting event can be daunting. With a specific, tailored needs analysis and consultation before we start, I will learn your sport inside out. Through precise, periodised planning, you’ll see an improvement in your performance in no time.

Online Programming

Can't make it to the gym? You don't need to be a member at HRF HQ to train with me. I offer 4, 6, 10 and 12 week customised online training programs. ​Wether you're new to the gym or an experienced exerciser, these personalised online training programs will make sure you get the very best out of your training.
